Orders & pickup

When you place an order, you're requesting that we make and reserve that order for you at the pickup window you selected. Please pick up your order during your chosen window — we cannot guarantee freshness for orders picked up significantly late.

Payment

You can choose pay-at-pickup (cash, card, or tap) or — once enabled — pay online with card. Online payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to that portion of the transaction.

Cancellations & refunds

Need to cancel or change an order? Reach out to hello@goldenswirlmobile.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes more than 60 minutes before your pickup window. For online payments, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Allergens

Our rolls contain dairy, eggs, gluten, and may contain tree nuts. We prepare in a kitchen that handles all of these — if you have a severe allergy, please use caution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Golden Swirl is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products beyond the price of the order itself.
